We are now hiring full-time E-commerce Customer Service Specialist.
(40 working hours per week Monday-Friday 1am to 10am with one hour break)
Customer Service Tasks:
- Replying messages through Zendesk Live chat
- Replying customer's
- Replying
You must fit the following requirements for this role:
Friendly, polite and patient towards customers
Self-motivated
Wiling to learn
Initiative to give ideas to improve as a team
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Positive Mindset
Communication is important for this role
Ability to work autonomously and listen to feedback
-at least 3 years experience in Customer Service
-with Live Chat experience
-knowledgeable in Zendesk, Shopify
