***SUPERSTAR Virtual Assistant Needed for E-Commerce Store - Long term role ***

We are looking for a customer service representative to mainly to answer customer questions via email/phone like shipping time, order tracking, wrong item sent, etc. We are currently using zendesk to handle phone and email support.

You'll also be required to compile daily reports and assist with order fulfillment (via excel)

We require you to be able to work 8 hours a day during normal business hours.

The salary will be $300 USD ($1.875 per hour) a month during the trial month and then up to $400 USD ($2.5 per hour) a month after the trial month.

Requirements:
- Respond to email within 24 hours (excluding weekend)
- Respond to customer phone calls
- Compile daily reports
- Assist with order fulfillment (must have experience with excel)
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Has prior experience in Customer Service
- Friendly, polite, and patient with customers
- Stable internet connection and reliable communication
