Right Hand Person - Long term, stable and awesome, just like you!

Okay, I know I'm looking for something pretty hard to find here, but I'm holding out hope that unicorns exist! :)

I'm hoping I can find someone great to join our little agency in a FULL TIME, DEDICATED, LONG TERM position. (this is NOT freelance and not suitable for someone seeking to hold multiple positions)

The position will be diverse and dynamic, ranging from project coordination to online marketing to social media management to general virtual office admin duties to assisting with consulting projects and client management. A true "right hand person"

Mostly however, this person will be awesome and ready to lean into something for the long term with us.

This will be a long term, stable, well-paid position for the right person. I am motivated to find the right person for the job and once that person is on board, I want them to stick around really help build the business. Long term vision would be to include health benefits, paid time off, significant opportunity for higher earning, and much more for the right person. I'm fairly selective though, and have high expectations of our team! :)

***The selection process will be involved. It will involve a few interviews, with the first one being a , and the selected candidate will commence work after that. Performance to be reviewed at three months. At six months, we will review compensation and benefits for PhilHealth etc.

Specific focus areas will include, but are not limited to:

• Professional photo editing using Lightroom CC (Classic) and Photoshop.
• InDesign projects of various kinds
• Overall InDesign expertise
• Website content updates with quality in mind (Wordpress)
• Thinking creatively and generally sharing great ideas, getting involved in discussions and being part of the team
• Content writing
• Social media thinking and creation and posting (once we have trust in place)
• Using Dropbox Business for professional collaborative workflow (we work with Dropbox installed on our computers so we are syncing in real time)


HARD REQUIREMENTS:

• Impeccable English (written and oral)
• You must have professional hardware to be able to do this kind of work. Working on slow clumsy machines won't work with this position.
• Stable power and a nearby co-working location where you will be able to keep working in a blackout
• Ability to communicate from your mobile device
• Extensive experience in Lightroom and Photoshop (InDesign and Illustrator bonus)
• Stable internet connection of 15 mbps or higher
• Some Wordpress experience
• Ability to be part of a team
