This opening is for a full-time, permanent telecommuting position working for a property management company in Michigan, USA. We pay twice monthly via PayPal, 13th Month Pay, and we give Philippine holidays off.
The position requires that you be willing and able to be available 50% of your work hours during Michigan office hours (9am-6pm EST) and attend company online meetings starting at 9AM EST each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We also require you to install and use time-tracking software.
Skills and Software Requirements
The position involves a variety of tasks that include:
• Creating social media plans to attract more clients
• Publishing blogs at various social media outlets,
• Creating e-newsletters in iContact & making sure regularly sent out,
• Managing/growing multiple iContact databases,
• Using
• Responding to comments and reviews on
• Tracking the effectiveness and reach of the social media campaign as a whole,
• Maximize SEO for all of the above,
• And other similar activities to be determined.
This position will require to you have access to and use a variety of specific software, including Office,
We have excellent training materials and the Team Leader is supportive and upbeat.
• Great candidates will be dependable, organized, efficient, and have a strong working memory as there are often distractions and you will need to be able to return to prior tasks without losing your place.
• Ideal candidates will have all of that plus a perky attitude, a good sense of humor, and an excellent command of written English.
• Perfect candidates will have all of that and proven ability to not just manage, but organize and execute new social media efforts.
