We are looking for an excellent digital marketer who has experienced in digital marketing, split testing, product launching, or work in a company which sell in eCommerce space, Amazon.

Culture

You will work closely with our senior web designer over at the condo, as well as other teammates staying in the condo.

We treat everyone as equal and with respect and we would expect you to do the same too.

This position requires you to be physically located in Makati, Philippines and is not open to full time remote working.

We provide free accommodation in a condo in Makati. Yes, you can stay in the condominium for free.

Our office will be in the living room, saving you time from traveling in the traffic jam.

Responsibilities

Upholding team standards for code quality, test coverage, efficiency, optimization, scalability, security and constantly pushing the bar higher.

Lead, mentor, motivate and teach the rest of the team in terms of technical best practices and business knowledge.

Assist the technological aspect of growth hacking.

Help hiring requirements as needed (specification, managing external hiring agencies etc).

Work closely in functional scrum units to execute the vision of the business leaders in terms of functionality and user experience;

Provide solutions, develop and maintains websites, and other related internal and external activities;

Helps develop marketing test campaigns in the company

Responds rapidly to continuous changes and real-time updates required to web sites;

Conduct internal trainings & knowledge sharing regularly;



Requirements

- Having your own laptop is a plus.
- Have marketing knowledge
- Experience in Ecommerce, shopify, amazon, video sales letter.
- Don't mind traveling to Makati to work with everyone
