Amazon Seller - General VA for Full-time Position

Looking for a VA with experience in Amazon Seller Central:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor listings for negative reviews and find customer and contact to resolve
Respond to customer emails
Create new listings
Source new products
Run PPC ads
Keyword Research for new products
Listing Optimization/Split testing
Search for product ideas on Amazon

Please respond with the following as well:
1) Can you work US hours? Must be ABLE TO WORK US times (9am-5pm EST)
2) Can you work 1 hour a day on each Saturday and Sunday.

4) A customer sends an email stating they received a defective item. How would you respond? As an example, lets say I sell a garlic press. The customer says that the garlic press was broken. How would you respond to the customer?
