XERO E-Commerce (SHOPIFY) accountant

Dear all,

I am running a multilingual e-commerce store using the shopify platform. It is a drop-shipping business.

I have started 2 months ago and it is slowly growing in volume and complexity.

I am looking for an experienced accountant in order to help me managing my accounts. For this work we will use the Xero accounting tool, so a vast expertise using this software is a must.
Furthermore and as stated above I am using the shopify platform and Stripe as payment processor. So I am looking for somebody with experience using these 2 platforms as well, in other words, having done accounting for an e-commerce company using Shopify and stripe.

The work will require:

1) Have the sales up to date
2) Control the marketing investement (FB ads, Google Adwords)
3) Control de product expenses (AliExpress)
4) Reconcile the payments of Stripe with their commissions
5) Reconcile the multiple bank accounts
6) Control overheads (Freelancers, Virtual Assistants, etc)
7) Make reports and analysis for decision making

We will define different companies and units in order to track everything properly as we have multiple companies and thinking about new businesses besides Ecom.

I have started setting everything up in Xero and now I am looking for someone who can help me finishing the structure and having everything up to date. Should not be more than a few hours per week at this point.

I am also working with a coder to improve and automate some of the required processes to help us out.

Experience with Xero software and with e-commerce platform shopify and stripe is mandatory. Please do not apply if you dont have it.

We will communicate via Skype so excellent English communication skills are also a must.

Lastly, I am currently living in GMT+1 time zone, which means there is a big time difference with the Philippines. This mean the candidate must be able to have flexibility so we can work together for a few hours per day.
