JOB OVERVIEW

I am the CEO of a marketing agency who needs on-going assistance with administrative tasks. I own a an agency that helps online course creators launch and scale their business. We work with a lot of exciting companies from around the world. My goal is to find the right person for my needs while also helping you learn and get as much from this experience as possible. We will start a part-time role but I would like to move to full time as soon as possible.

I am looking for the right person for an ongoing relationship that is not only lucrative but fun.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:
-Excellent English & Communications
-Experience Using HelloSign or Docusign
-Experience editing contracts
-Experience using Slack
-Experience managing calendar and using scheduleonce
-Ability to post content on FB
-Ability to follow checklist to generate client reports
-Ability to follow directions
-Experience using Google docs
-Experience managing projects

Additional Skills (preferred but not required)
-Graphic design/editing with canva and pixlr
-marketing experience
-FB power editor experience
