Looking for an AWESOME HR Hiring Specialist/Recruiter to build out our fast growing eCommerce Company.

In need of a HR Hiring Specialist/Recruiter
Expected 1-2 month Contract to fill roles required.

We are a small and fast growing eCommerce company that is based on integrity, initiative, work ethics and openness. We are results focused and driven. Currently in the middle of building a team of high achievers to share in our future success.

This is an exciting role for a HR Hiring Professional to do some great work in building out a company’s high performing team.

Given our exceptional growth we are currently looking for a HR specialist to build out our team and to work closely with the Director of the company getting the right people in place to meet the targets set.

Your primary responsibility will be
Advise on and refine roles, responsibilities and pay scale upon consultation with director,
Draft Position Description
Write & Manage Position Listings in all relevant job boards
Spread the word of position in other channels known to consultant
Initial Screening of applicants based on Director's advice
Initial testing of applicants (Director will provide tasks and tests to complete)
Initial Interviews of Applicants
Referral to director for final review
Reference Checks for candidates who will be hired
Prepare contracts (we have our own template, just insert their details)

Communication is key in this role as you can see by the above responsibilities.

For the successful candidate, they will be responsible in hiring the following roles for an eCommerce store:
Product Researchers x2
Copywriters & FB Adlaunchers 1-2
Customer Service and Fulfilment Specialists 1-2
Potentially Video editors 1

We mainly hire in the Philippines but are open to other regions of the world if the skillset is great and the person is the right fit.
