Remote Web Developer Working With PHP/ HTML / JavaScript

Job Overview:

We’re an agency looking for a rockstar web developer & web master. You will be reporting directly with the management team based in LA. Your skills will be utilized to take our clients’ outdated websites and conceptualize new ideas through wireframing and execute new site builds that improve conversions—primarily focusing on WordPress, and Shopify. You must be able to work well independently, and handle projects from concept ideas to final hand-offs. Lots of opportunity for growth, learning, and profit sharing.


You will be working in Asana project management and will be expected to communicate daily with our team in Davao City.



We will be working with you on a paid trial one-week (40 hrs) period to verify your work output before hiring you for a full-time position.



Computer requirements: updated computer or laptop with Quad Core or equivalent, and backup memory. Also needs to have access to consistent high-speed internet connection.

We want to give you freedom to work any 8 hours during the day and I don’t want to have to micromanage you with a calendar. I’ve found weekly pay is best for the first month, then switch to monthly. We'’ll evaluate at the end of 3 months, and adjust pay accordingly.

Requirements:

• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction/ BS Computer Science, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts/Multimedia Arts Degree
