Senior Virtual Administrator (VA)

Fantastic opportunity for a permanent full time VA to join our team. We want an amazing individual who will become an integral part of our growing online business within the Health & Beauty industry. We are based in the UK but operate globally, primarily in English speaking countries.

Responsibilities include:

• Podcast Post Production and Management.
• Basic Social Media Management.
• Facebook Group Management and Administration.
• Internet Forum Monitoring.
• Communicating with your line manager via email and skype (audio & video) initially on a daily basis.
• Basic Customer Service & Admin (via Email)
• Basic Data Input and Analysis (Microsoft Excel)
• Researching articles.
• Summarising information from clients and competitors.
• Basic Invoicing.
• Online Marketing Support.
• As the role develops expect you will be involved in managing and training other virtual staff

To be successful in this role you MUST:

• Have your own computer (ideally Apple Mac)
• Have a good, consistent speed internet connection.
• Be willing to work UK Business Hours (9am - 5pm) on at least two days a week.
• Want a FULL TIME position of 40 hours per week.
• Only work for us during those 40 hours.
• Be looking for a LONG TERM CAREER not a short-term job.
