Webmaster and graphic designer

Small US based firm is looking for an experienced web designer and graphic designer to create and maintain several websites and do occasional small projects in photoshop and adobe.

Our main site is built on Magento, experience with it is a plus, but a willingness to learn (and be mostly self-taught through research) is a must.

We are looking to expand and maintain the main e-commerce site (which is very new) and create additional niche e-commerce sites as well. Either on the same platform or others, depending on what makes the most sense.

We are looking for a true go-getter to help us grow our online business. Pay is negotiable but we want to start fairly low on a trial period and increase substantially as you deliver value to the company. The difference in cost of living from the US to the Philippines allows us to be very generous to the right candidate, and our company believes strongly in taking care of the people who take care of us, but we want to make sure we are working with the right person before sending a lot of money overseas based on what someone tells us they will/can do. We are very results oriented.

We sell custom apparel and promotional products. Your job will be to maintain the primary website on Magento, help with management of facebook and Upgrade to see actual info advertising. Do some SEO and help us with any artwork that we may need.
