JOB OVERVIEW

Objectives:
- Ensure Client satisfaction.
- Become a system user expert.
- Follow up on Projects and tasks.
- Participate in client requirements analysis and documentation.

Requirements:
- Be fully fluent in english, oral and writing.
- At least 2 years in Customer Support.
- At least 2 years in IT support related positions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries.
- Basic knowledge of data communication between systems.
- Have a great attitude in team working and follow directions.
- Be wanting to learn and give.
- Able to work with remote development team in Spanish speaking language.
