Test Automation Engineer

Job Description
Eastwest BPO is in need of Test Automation Engineers who has working experience with Selenium. You will work with an agile team in analyzing, designing, building, and testing high quality multi-platform applications. The role will review functional requirements and user stories from business partners; design test plans, implement test strategies for assigned applications. Also, you will verify defects, maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software, analyze test results to certify existing functionality and integrations, and recommend corrective action upon failures. Testing will include functional and nonfunctional, integration, regression, system, smoke and sanity testing.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) role
Experienced with:
Agile Development Process
Web Based Testing Applications
API Testing
Performance Testing
Knowledge of automation testing is essential
Must know how to code
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (I.T./Computer Science) or equivalent
Knowledgeable in the following:
JIRA
Confluence
Selenium
Ruby
SQL
SequelPro
Postman
