Business Intelligence Rock Star - Research Data Analyst

We are looking for a person very hands-on, who loves excel, getting things done and great abilities to do data research and analysis. Someone who wants to be a part of a growing company ready to disrupt the real estate investing industry. You will work directly with company owners, and will have the opportunity to lead your own team and be part of the strategical decision making of the business.

The main tasks are:

- Research on real estate related subjects
- Skip tracing prospects
- Investigative tasks
- Database analysis and reports

Technical skills:

- Native English
- Excel advanced skills (macros are a plus)
- Coachable
- Eager to learn
- Love for solving problems

Interpersonal Skills:
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.

Commissions can double or triple the monthly income.
