Hi, my name is Michael Nguyen. I own a growing marketing agency in Dallas, TX and am looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Developer. The ideal candidate would be familiar with PHP, Wordpress Programming, and loves to create beautiful and engaging tools and Upgrade to see actual infoSIRED APPLICANT QUALITIES:

-2-3+ years as a web developer
Wordpress Programming
PHP
MySQL
CSS3 (SCSS/Sass)
JavaScript (jQuery)
REST & SOAP API Experience

JOB DUTIES:
- Develop solutions using your coding skills
- Work with various marketing teams to plan and execute custom web applications
- Identify business needs and adapt solutions that align with the company goals
- Work with our team to develop and maintain our existing web development best practices
- Implement updates to existing websites and web applications
- Work with our Account Management teams to scope and estimate proposals
- Work independently and juggle multiple projects & timelines
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days) + Philipines Holiday
