Project Manager/VA to manage order fulfillment, customer service, product research for an ecommerce store

Thank you for your interest in this opportunity. This is a Full-time position (40 hours - weekly), with plenty of growth potential for the right candidate.

I am an online entrepreneur looking for a versatile project manager/VA to manage the following functions and other smaller tasks in my store:

1 - Approve website orders based on my instructions
2 - Review drop-ship Purchase Orders to our suppliers.
3 - Monitor out of stock items (backorders), Update stock levels in our system when needed.
4 - Email Correspondence / Customer Service with our customers.
5 - Other tasks such as updating & uploading new items and product descriptions on our website.
6 - Place ads on Facebook and Misc. Facebook fan page & Instagram management

Experience with the following softwares is a huge plus: Dropified/Oberlo and Shopify.

These tasks are to be carried out during our business hours which are between 10am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.

Must be able to provide professional service to our customers via email in fluent English. Strong written and vocal communication in English is a must. The ideal candidate must also utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is also important (reply to this job with "Focused And Dedicated") and they must have great organizational skills.

Also, the right candidate will have at least one year of experience working in the e-commerce space (Shopify).
