Multi-skilled VA or Project Manager for Ecommerce (Part Time or Full Time)

1) Edit or create design on Photoshop or Illustrator
- Edit existing images to fit Facebook advertisement template
- Edit Illustrator or Photoshop mockups and upload products’ mockup to online Shopify and Wordpress stores
- Some basic video editing
- Generate Facebook advertisement when we are shorthanded

2) FB Fan Page
- invite people who like, share or comment on your post to like your fan page
- find and post engaging content and reply
- create and write blog weekly

3) Email Marketing
- Write email campaign weekly

4) Facebook Messenger Chat
- Write chat sequence to enhance sales

5) Customer Service
- Handle Customer Services Chat online - Tawk
- Handle Customer Services Email reply
- Handle Return and Exchange

6) Other administration work
- Research new design for T-shirt, sneakers, handbag, jewelry, etc



Skill Required:
i. Great communication and organizational skills
ii. Must have Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge
iii. Adobe After Effect is a plus
iv. Good skills in using MS Office, google drive or drop box
v. Great English writing skill
vi. Familiar with Facebook Advertisement is a plus
vii. Other marketing knowledge (Google Ad words, Bing, Youtube, etc) is a plus
