Project Management

We are a real estate investment firm and need experienced project management services to work with us to design and implement a plan to expand our business.

Work to Be Done:

- Discuss vision of the business and understand our short and long-term aims
- Analyze data and financial projections to produce risk report
- Design plan outlining clear objectives and implementation process
- Devise strategies for continuous improvement

Skills Required:

- Previous project management experience
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Risk management and strategic thinking
- Good organization and planning
