Custom Video Animation Creator

My company is looking to hire someone with experience in creating animations from scratch (character design, backgrounds, storyboarding, etc).

You wouldn't have to do anything related to sound- this would be purely an animation position. (Except syncing the animation with voiceover narration if that's provided to you.)
