JOB OVERVIEW

We have an amazing opportunity for call handlers to join our team. We are a UK based virtual office and administration company offering a wide range of services from call handling to accounting & HR, and we are looking for help in answering client calls, transferring or taking messages and sending emails.

REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE A MUST:
1. Excellent language skills, in both speaking and writing
2. Attention to detail & accuracy
3. Honest hard worker
4. Reliable and flexible
5. Confidentiality is a must!
6. Insurance certificates will be required
7. Confident in using new technology
8. Familiarity with VoIP systems would be an advantage
9. Experience of using SharePoint
10. Experience in using Excel
11. Experience in using Skype

IN DEPTH DETAILS:
The hours of business are 9 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday UK time. Theis job is for a freelancer who wishes to supplement their income, as payment will be made per call that was taken & either transferred or a message taken.

There will be a possibility of becoming a full-time permanent member of staff as and when the growth of the business depicts, as well as the possibility of utilising other skills that may be required by our clients such as virtual administration. Each of these jobs will be priced individually or per hour and will be arranged prior to the commencement of work.

As the business grows you will be rewarded for your commitment and you will get a raise in wages every year.

SKILLS EXPLAINED IN DETAIL: You must be a fluent English speaker, very coherent as well as having excellent writing skills, and an all-round excellent understanding of the English language. You must be confident in using IT, namely SharePoint, Skype, Excel, Outlook & VoIP cloud-based systems.

You should be flexible and able to grow with us as the business grows. You will need a good computer and fast internet as you will be taking live calls and the quality of the call and its connection will depend on fast internet. You must have good ethics and morals.

You will also need to sign a NDA.
