We are looking for a driven and proactive sales professional to join our expanding team. As part of the business development team, the Sales Executive is responsible for prequalifying prospects and then hot transferring to our sales team or booking appointments.

Candidate MUST speak PERFECT English.

ABOUT YOU:

- You must be willing to work during US business hours and days (8:00 am PT to 4:00 pm PT, Monday - Friday)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Must have extensive cold calling experience
- Must be self-motivated to make phone calls and cannot be deterred because of rejections
- Lead/data gathering experience
- Must be self-starter, focused, organized and systematic
- Go-getter attitude
- Extremely reliable
- Positive, no excuse attitude
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Honest and trustworthy
- B2B sales experience is a must
- Reliable computer, Internet, and a computer headset for phone calls is a must!

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This position is open for an enthusiastic individual eager to make a big impression. You should be a highly self-motivated person not only able to source and develop new qualified prospects but comfortable selling over the phone. Must be able to generate interested mortgage and real estate broker prospects and come up with ways to increase the number of appointments/live transfers each day.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- Pay is negotiable based on experience.
- We pay 13th month bonus
- We give pay increase based on performance
