Got Real Web Design Skills?

First, who this is NOT for:
- If you have to use a theme builder like Divi, this isn't for you
- If you can't code HTML/CSS or WP themes, this is not for you
- If you can't design extremely well, this isn't for you

We're looking for someone to brain-fart with over web design, that can help us better represent our brand online.

That means:
- You can design amazing concepts in Photoshop
- You can code this into a WP theme (using frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus)
- You can improve existing WP themes to look better

We've got a great team of 6 (3 in PH) and constant projects to work on to test your creative design skills. So we'd like someone to work with us for 40 hours per week to do this, we won't run out of projects.

You'll be re-designing our blog, which 10,000s of people visit every month. As well as helping us design new websites for our various brands.
