ABOUT US:

We are a rapidly growing (300% year over year) and experienced eCommerce company in search of talented team members looking for a long-term employment growth opportunity.

This is a a full-time home based 40 hour / week position with overtime available as well. We pay bi-monthly with transferwise (2x / month), already successfully work with 6 permanent virtual employees (for more than 3 years), and always consistently pay on time.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING:

We are seeking an analytical minded, detail-oriented team member to become our eCommerce Category Manager. This is a key role that requires managing the day to day sales operations of all our listings on the marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay, Upgrade to see actual info, etc).

This person is tasked with analyzing data from our weekly / daily reports — including but not limited to: profitability, orders, click views, page views, click though rates — and executing on actionable steps to drive more growth and sales for a select book of SKUs.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

* Analyze data from orders, click views, page views, click through rates, conversions, sales to create actionable steps
* Works with the inventory planning team to determine optimal and competitive pricing through analysis of sales trends, competitors, and keyword ranking
* Execute on and monitor optimal pricing strategies and listing changes to optimize SKU growth and profitability
* A/B test promotional strategies and constantly improve and cross-sell catalog offering to customers
* Ensuring new SKU launches are successful through a variety of strategic promotional tactics
* Conduct keyword research and ensure that listings are fully optimized for maximum exposure
* Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance, self-motivated
* Strong sense of accountability for each project and responsibility assigned with little oversight required
* Communicative with regards to project progress and proactive with ideas, insights, and tactics
