Graphic designer to work on apparel and tee-shirt designs.

For today, I'm looking for a design for a tee-shirt and mug. Would like a simple vector graphics design, elements to be layered, single color, with a transparent background. Need to be able to change the color in the file. Transparent .png file high resolution, at least 200 dpi, size approximately 2800 wide x 3400 tall.

I am looking for a designer that I can build a relationship with and grow to 30+ designs per month.
