**US based Real Estate team is looking for a ROCKSTAR Personal Assistant*
We're looking for someone who is outgoing, professional, optimistic and highly organized. This person is responsible for assisting the lead agent in day to day tasks, and must be available at all times during working hours.
**Prior Real Estate experience/ Keller Williams experience is a MAJOR PLUS!**
What will you do?

• Manage lead agent's
Essential duties and responsibilities
• Calendar and
• Answering lead agent's calls when they are unavailable
• Responding to client requests
• Transcribing phone calls
• Interacting with other team members
• Creating lead generation reports
• Assisting lead agent with any personal needs
Communications/Interactions
• Lead Agent - daily
• Agent Team - daily
• Buyers/Sellers/Vendors - daily
Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent at building rapport
• People oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Learning based
• Strong English
• High school graduate
Compensation
Base salary, and bonuses based on performance.
