Creative Graphic designer needed for fulltime job

I am looking for a Graphic Designer who already has experience in creating designs for T Shirts.

The person I am looking for should preferably work from Monday - Friday and should be available in CEST Timezone. Weekend work is not required.

Requirements:

-English Skills
-Photoshop/Illustrator
-Ambitious, motivated and creative
-Open to feedback
-Ability to create lots of designs (on your own too, feel free to be creative)

I will send you design proposals, but please note following:
Designers will be held to strict standards for design and art theft. All designs MUST be original and your own work. I will provide links to design I would like recreated but they must be significantly different than those links. Any designs found using anyone else's design or using designs that already exists will be terminated without pay.

If you are interested, please contact me. Afterwards I will give you all interested persons the same task - the one who is able to create the best design will get the job. I also give you the opportunity to attach designs, you already made, as well as your proposed salary.
