JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

We buy and manage very large apartment complexes throughout the United States. We currently have 6 full time VAs, all working 40 to 50 hours a week. We are adding two FULL TIME people to our team as our company is growing.

We are a top Upwork employer with 5 star reviews and are expanding to Onlinejobs.ph for the first time. We have spent over $60K on upwork on our employees. We have hired 31 people over all, 12 hires are active. Our upworkers have clocked over 10,000 hours through Upwork.

The right candidates will perform a mix of virtual assistant and customer service representative duties. They will pull reports, do marketing and research tasks and run audit tasks. They will make phone calls to potential clients (no cold calls, all of our calls are made to people that have interest in our services). Our VAs stay for a long time and tend to be very satisfied with their positions.

THESE ARE TWO FULL TIME POSITIONS, 40-50 HOURS A WEEK, 8 AM TO 5 PM PST OR MST, AND REQUIRE YOUR FULL FOCUS. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE OTHER JOBS WITH THIS, SO KEEP IT IN MIND. OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WORK REQUIRED (UP TO 2 HOURS).

The hourly rate is $4 an hour. Most of our employees switch to $4.50 an hour after 90 days.
