Hello :)
We are Montreal 360, we are specialized in helping businesses get more visibility online.
We are trusted Google Street View partners and offer businesses the opportunity to show potential clients the inside of their stores. We also help them build or rebuild their branding, this includes building responsive, modern look and up to date with technology websites.

Montreal 360 decides to hire overseas for the following reasons:
We save on employee equipment, insurance and mostly on salary. This allows us to offer our clients even better prices!
It allows us to have bigger departments as well and to allow employees to grow in the company. Happy employees = Happy Clients!
Our vision is to eventually have our own team in the Philippines,but to do that, we will need to have someone we trust over there and this person could be you ;)

About the job:
The position we are looking to fill, is a full time web designer and project manager, this means:
-We meet the client and understand his vision for his website
-We contact you and tell you about this vision ( what he wants, look, colors…)
-You design the mockup of the website using your creativity and respecting the client’s vision
-You send it to us
-We approve it
-You assign it to a programmer in the team so they can start it.
-You make sure your instructions are clear for them and follow-up to make sure the delays are respected and the website will be delivered as promised and on time.
-Once finished you approve it and send it to us.
