JOB OVERVIEW

My real estate company is looking for a transaction coordination expert to manage our digital real estate files. The Transaction Coordinator will accept executed contracts from Realtors and will manage the entire closing process from start to finish, overseeing signatures, timelines, and organization of documents in our Company's SkySlope account.

To be considered, you must have previous experience with transaction coordination for a real estate office or an escrow company in California. The ideal applicant must be able to demonstrate knowledge of California real estate file organization requirements, general real estate law, applicable timelines, and fluency with California contracts.

Applicants must be able to communicate fluently in error-free written and spoken English.

This is a full-time position and the applicant will be expected to work during the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm PST Monday - Friday, with occasional work responding to critical issues on Saturday and Sunday.
