Experienced Operations Manager for Fast Growing Amazon and e-commerce Company

NA Global Trade is a brand development company specializing in delivering high quality and high value products across our multiple business lines and product categories. Our brands span multiple markets, including Sport & Outdoors, Industrial, Education, Health/Medical/Therapeutic, and Home, Kitchen, and Garden products. We sell primarily on the Amazon marketplaces, so it is a MUST that the candidate is an expert on all things related to selling on Amazon! We are looking for someone who knows ecommerce and Amazon inside and out and in particular has knowledge of all of the moving parts of a private label business.

It goes without saying that a successful applicant will be an outstanding hiring manager, mentor, team leader and culture builder. The right person for this role will be able to provide management as well as hands on execution for our brands.

The right candidate will be in charge of:
• Managing overall project timelines for the different business segments like Design, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain.
• Be responsible for hitting the KPI’s (goals) of our multiple brands.
• Meet with CEO, managers and staff on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis
• Manage, mentor and grow a successful team. This relates primarily to marketing but we expect you to be in charge of all overarching hiring processes
• Manage team budgets and project budgets.
• Ensure that the Supply Chain team is on time and on budget. This will mean you will work closely with our Product Manager to keep supply chain moving.
• Help define and build enablement tools, SOP’s and processes that bring operational efficiencies.
• All new product launches and brand expansion projects across existing and new marketplaces as well as future business expansion plans.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years successful track record as Operations Manager at an e-commerce company
• 2+ years successful track record working within the Amazon marketplace sales platform
• 2+ years experience with Paid Advertising (Facebook, Google, Instagram)
• 2+ years experience with Amazon marketing tools
• Experience managing CRM systems and segmentations
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Extremely resourceful and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
