JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a a self-motivated, results-driven professional to manage our projects efficiently and provide administrative support to our directors.

You will have the opportunity to stay in our condominium with the rest of the staffs and work as a family.

You should be organise, efficient, communicative and responsive with a can-do and take-charge attitude.

Your tasks will include:
- Managing internal and external deadlines and reviews
- Ensuring all our staffs have completed their work
- Able to come out with gantt chart and timelines
- Provide assistant to our directors
- Email management
- Dropbox file organisation
- Managing the hiring of new staffs
- Calendar management
- Able to write well
- Knowing photoshop, html is a plus.
- Experience in video production
- Experience in e-commerce marketing also a bonus

We have product launches every month and you would need to take charge of executing the projects and making sure everyone is meeting their deadlines.

Clear, articulate and professional communication skills.
Must be able to prioritize workload and manage your own time, as well as those of the team.

We’re looking at a part time to full time position and a 4 weeks trial period. To be reassessed after the trial period depending on how indispensable you prove to be!
