Project Manager

I'm looking for someone to be the eyes and ears for the digital agencies projects.

? Project managing a team of 5 developers/designers
? Coordinating a number of different projects across the organisation, ranging from 10+ at any one time.
? Setting up projects in internal software - Teamwork
? Gathering work estimates and developing appropriate timelines for projects
? Creating GANTT charts and communicating milestones, deliverable dates to the team and
clients.
? Running of weekly WIP sessions with project team and executives - set agenda, record
minutes
? Weekly reporting to development team - reviewing time spent against estimates and
ensuring any issues are raised early and communicated to the client.
? Weekly reporting to clients
? Delegation of task and priority management to develops/designers
? Day to day monitoring of the status of tasks
? Weekly planning of resources to ensure delivery dates are met
