Freelance Project- Google Sheets/Google Data Studio/Google Suite

Looking to freelance a project for google sheets and pipeline management for our Mortgage Company.
Requirements:
-Develop Google Sheet Pipeline Tracker to be used by a TEAM of people- I have a rough example partially made
-Restrict permissions to edit certain things to some team members and allow more to others
- The sheet would be live, with some automation, and easy way to move Finished Projects to another page in the sheet.
-Display all this information in a Google Data Studio Dashboard for live numbers and tracking (OR YOU CAN SHARE ANY IDEAS ON ANOTHER DASHBOARD OR PLATFORM TO USE. IDEAS WELCOMED!)

I already have a rough model of what i need, just need help improving it or developing a better way to do it. And to not freeze or lag so much.
