Job Description Summary
The Loan Officer Assistant will support one or more Private Money Consultants.
Hours: Must be able to work at least 4 hours a day.

Qualifications:

-Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written

-Dedication to follow up and follow through...must be self-motivated.

-Ability to analyze and comprehend financial data and provide financial alternatives. We have a lending matrix that we will teach you.

-Professional and effective interpersonal skills

Job Details
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
• Proactively text, email and call clients in our database, social media and other lead lists we have. The goal is to Identify opportunities for us to assist them with 3 different offers that we promote.

1) USA Private Upgrade to see actual info Broker loans for a non-owner occupied investment property.
-Assist with new applications and document collection as well as general question support.

2) Flip Your Upgrade to see actual info market to Accredited investors who have the capital to invest that are interested in double-digit returns backed by real estate. Set an appointment for one of Private Money Consultants to call and answer questions.

3) Upgrade to see actual info Identify investors who are looking to buy properties and set appointments. Find Real Estate investors that would like to buy a home for 25% of the after repair value for vacant homes or they can buy a cash flow property.

Participate in a daily accountability call with our operations manager. You will be paid a base salary with bonuses for each sale that comes from your efforts.
