MARKETING MANAGER FOR STARTUP

Expected Start Date: Immediate Hire
Project Duration: Long Term (This is a full-time position)

We are seeking an energetic, creative and whip-smart professional to build our brand through innovative social and digital content marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for developing and executing our presence and use of our main social channels, driving the company marketing campaigns and crafting digital content marketing efforts for all of our campaigns.

Your Opportunity:

* Implement social media strategies and deliver compelling campaigns, with a primary focus on popular platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. 
* Build and execute Facebook and Google Upgrade to see actual info campaigns that drive user and engagement growth on new and existing social platforms
* Create effective social posts, blog content, digital ads, and product launch campaign assets - from copy to video, to graphics to measurement
* Create and manage editorial calendars and content posting schedules 
* Create landing pages and sales pages
* Developing content marketing strategy to span long and short-form assets, graphics, animation, video and more
* Building influencer marketing campaigns
* Building Newsletter email marketing campaigns
* Building metrics-driven marketing strategy through analytics and distributing reports with actionable insights regularly
* Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics 
* Performs other related marketing duties as assigned or requested


What you'll need: 

* Experience managing social media accounts 
* You’re a natural at creating engaging, pithy social media content in various formats (written, photo/meme, video, audio).
* Strong ability to succinctly and effectively communicate in writing.
* Aptitude to recognize emerging and relevant digital trends and new products that are important for our business
* You are organized and your project management skills are on point. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize your work, and meet deadlines.
* Some knowledge of graphic design, Photoshop, videography/video editing, and/or audio recording a plus but not required.
* Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. 
* You’re energetic, driven, with an innate ability to work on your own initiatives and ideas.
