Freelance Wordpress Developer / Designer

We are a Californian based website design agency. We've been working with Filipino website developers for years now, and as our business is growing rapidly, we're looking to change the way we all work on projects together from a full-time wage basis to a per project payment arrangement.

The successful candidates will be paid on a per-project basis.

HAVING A GOOD ENGLISH WRITING ABILITY WILL BE A HUGE BONUS.

Skills required for this position:
2. Be an EXPERT in Wordpress.
3. Have GOOD English and communication skills. This is a MUST.
4. Be able to edit/crop images in Photoshop - graphic design skills is a huge bonus.
5. Will be creative when it comes to web page design and graphic design.
6. Will be able to be contacted at all times during working hours by skype.
8. Ability to use project management system (teamworkPM) to communicate about projects & tasks
11. Have good FTP skills.
13. Expert in installing WordPress and integrating Wordpress plugins.
15. Knowledge of MySQL will be a bonus.

One of the main requirements other than expertise in web design/web building is good communication. We need to be kept up to date on progress so that we can report back accurately to our clients in near real time. Our project management system makes this very easy to do. So daily reporting is required in this position. Working hours will be CALIFORNIAN 9AM-5PM.
