SENIOR Web Developer - Woo Commerce, Thrive Themes & Active Campaign

JOB OVERVIEW
We are a web based organization. We all work remotely and communicate via skype / slack. New people are monitored using Time Doctor until we have an understanding of how they work. If that's a problem for you, then stop reading now.

XsiteD is based in Brisbane, Australia and has been operating for 14 years. We focus mostly on 2 sites of ours which are quite complex
They are Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info

As you can tell “leads” are a big thing for us. You don’t need to know much about leads, they are just peoples contact information.

You will need to know about Active Campaign, Thrive Themes, Woo Commerce

What You Need:

You need to have real experience setting up:
Woo Commerce and its add-ons,
Active Campaign and
Thrive Themes.
Please do not bother applying if you do not have real experience working on all three. You will need to do a test before being considered. The test will involve all three apps. The test will not be paid.




SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Excellent English is mandatory
- Listening and actually understanding
- Attention to Detail
- Task Execution
- Multi-tasking – being able to switch from one task to another without it upsetting you
- Punctuality - always being on time. The usual excuses for being late or missing days will not be accepted. If you call in sick you need to get a doctor’s certificate and show it to us. Getting a fever from being in the rain is not a real thing, don’t try to use that please.



COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

You would be hired as a "self-employed" contractor

The agreed amount will be by negotiation and dependent on your skills and experience. The probation period will be 3 months. After that we will give you a pay rise and some more benefits such as vacation pay, sick pay and health insurance.

Any accounting, taxes and other deductions are your responsibility

We pay to your paypal account. The first pay is 2 weeks after you start. After that its every friday
