JOB OVERVIEW

Agent for Customer Service, Data Entry and Link Building

Requirements:

-CSR experience Or aptitude for Customer service via chat and phone.

-experience with SEO/SEM principals

-experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF creation

-experience with video marketing, Camtasia, Moviemaker and etc

Description:

Virtual Assistant responsible for Customer Service for a small but growing website. Duties would include checking emails and being engaged with customers in chat and phone calls on a daily basis

Additional tasks would be assigned such as data entry for inventory and marketing and building SEO link campaigns.

Duties would include working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8 - 5 est. (night shift in PH)


PLEASE NOTE Do not apply for this job unless you have:

-access to reliable internet/power connection. This would mean your residence is not frequently in a brown-out situation and that you have access to your own reliable PC.

-a good command of English, spoken and written

-an aptitude for working night shift

-the ability to be flexible - work will be varied

-ability to work 40 hours per week and NOT have another job and/or be in school/university or in technical training, currently or in your planned near future.

-ability to work uninterrupted, this would include NOT babysitting or caregiving while on your work shift.
