Part-time or Full-time phone appointment person needed

Looking for a part or full-time Virtual Assistant to perform follow-up PHONE CALLS to people in Florida, USA. Calls will be brief, with a purpose of setting appointments or following up with people. A simple phone script will be provided. This person will have to input data into a database online with each call.

I am looking for someone who is RELIABLE, PASSIONATE, EAGER to work and GOOD ONE THE PHONE WITH PEOPLE.

Must:
1. speak good English with proper English grammar (accent is okay, but must be fluent).
2. be able to write (type) English in correct grammar.
3. be able to work Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
4. have a DEDICATED computer with RELIABLE Internet Access. (Don't apply if you don't have both).
5. have a Skype account with ability to communicate via Skype.

Knowing the following is a big plus...but not required as long as you are eager and willing to learn:
1. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
2. Social media websites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, etc)
3. Google products (Docs, Gmail, Google+, etc)
4. know how to type on a computer
