Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are looking for virtual assistants that have lots of experience in different kinds of marketing and networking on the internet, from forum marketing, email marketing, classified advertisement marketing, telemarketing, blog and article marketing, appointment setting, social media networking, social bookmarking, researching, data entry, website maintenance, file management, lead generation and an all around virtual assistant for real estate, etc.

We want the virtual assistant to have experience using county records, using different websites, depending on the target locations, looking for tax deed sales, comparable's, parcel numbers, owners names, addresses, etc. Virtual assistant should be able to use CraigsList, BackPage, Trulia, Zillow, HotPads, Eppraisal & other FSBO/FSBB/FRBO/FRBB/FLBO/FLBB sites for fresh leads. We want the assistant to give us successful deals. The assistant should be able to manually search for property buyers, sellers, renters, agents, lenders, funders, financers or investors posted on CraigsList/FSBO etc., in a particular target locations, then email and redirect them to my websites, depending on our property needs and then save all their exact post on CraigsList/FSBO etc., together with their contact information and then send them to us, for us to follow up PRESTO possible sales! The assistant should be able to contact leads by phone, voicemail, text or email.

Some of the marketing plan for our company simply goes like these, the assistant will create social media networking accounts for our company or the assistant will just manage our existing accounts for all of the social media networking sites available online, but for now, the assistant will concentrate spreading only to the most famous ones, like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ or YouTube most especially. The assistant will target adding friends, groups, profiles, companies or people who work in the same field like we do, and the rest will be in the near future. The assistant will participate at different forum discussions, reviews and blogs connected to our company. The assistant will make us a friend, fan, group member or follower of the most famous profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., for those profiles who have millions, hundred thousands or thousands of number of friends or followers, and then assistant will interact on their walls regularly to gain more traffic. Assistant can suggest other client's friends, fans or group members at Facebook for business for their friends and fans to be one of your friends and fans that could generate more traffic that could lead to more sales. There are still so many things that we can do with SMM/SEO that I did not include here. Assistant can adjust for our assignments and projects. Assistant can work full time or part time for us.
