Shopify Store & Social Media Executive

Full time, ideally 04 hours per week.

Seeking a hardworking, experienced professional to help manage our growing Shopify drop-shipping store.

Store Management tasks:

- Process new orders using Shopify & Oberlo

- Track orders and manage inventory of products

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and Facebook Messenger

- Research new profitable products on AliExpress, eBay, Amazon and import them into the store

Advertising/Media tasks:

- Create engaging Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest posts using Canva/photoshop

- Manage weekly scheduling of posts via Hootsuite or daily for Instagram stories

- Build Instagram and Facebook following, and comment on customers posts

- (optional) Opportunity to manage Facebook ad and Instagram ad campaigns for the right candidate – we can teach you.

Key Skills required

- Excellent written English

- Experience operating a drop-shipping business using Shopify, Oberlo, Aliexpress

- Creativity (You don’t need to be a designer, but experience using Canva or Photoshop is preferred)

Our business is growing fast, we are looking to have someone start 28th August.
