Web programmer / Document writer

We are a small business with a large idea.

I am after someone who can understand English and write large documents for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). These are large documents and would be good for someone to understand the complexity of the training and questions that need people to understand in this field.

Once that is done, I then need that person to develop a website where I can complete all those tasks online. From creating an account to a trainer signing someone off at the end and a certificate being sent.

This process will probably take about 6 months to have ready, and the right person will have ongoing work with SEO and changes that may need to be made.
