Sales and Marketing Officer - based in the Maldives

Sales and marketing officer is responsible to plan, implement and evaluate sales and marketing activities and campaigns to achieve business development objectives of the company.
Duties include:
Sale Management
o Develop sales strategy and sale funnels for individual clients to achieve overall growth of the company as per company growth and sales targets;
o Implement Customer Relations Management systems and associated sales processes to ensure company sales information are maintained accurately;
o Cold call targeted key decision makers and influencers to book need assessment meetings;
o Conduct sit visits to conduct regular maintenance and strengthen company relationship with decision makers and influencing staff;
o Conduct sales presentations and deliver proposals to new and existing customers on the range of Hoya Maldives Products and services;
o Ensure Customer objectives are fully answered to ensure successful closing and smooth transition to becoming a value Hoya Maldives client;
o Prepare sales forecast.
Marketing Management
o Develop marketing and branding strategy to provide maximum awareness of Hoya Maldives within hospitality, healthcare and food processing industry to become trusted supplier;
o Identify most effective marketing tools and undertake marketing campaigns accordingly;
o Provide assistance in participating public exhibitions and trade fairs;
o Ensure continuity of brand message throughout all activities of business;
o Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to identify differentiated positioning of Hoya Maldives;
o Conduct presentations to potential clients and perform as the product expert of Hoya Maldives product lines;
o Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity;
o Run and maintain social media profiles and conduct sales and marketing activities on social networks.
Training
o Conduct regular training to the clients on product usage, product handling and storage and food hygiene;
o Provide full training to incoming sales and marketing employee.
Skills and Qualifications
o Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing field;
o Minimum GCE O/Level with minimum C pass in English and business studies
o Previous experience of sales and marketing in resort supply field is highly preferred; particular some with experience in cleaning chemical supplying company such as Ecolab, Diversey is highly desirable
o Should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
o Should be fluent in Dhivehi and English language verbal and written form;
o Design skills including graphics and web design
o Enthusiasm and drive for excellence;
o Should be self-motivated and results oriented;
o Should be proactive;
o Should be able to work independently;
o Should have a positive attitude and problem solving skills;
o Should be able to travel other islands and overseas when required.
o Should have motor cycle driving licence.
Compensation package:
o Starting Salary: negotiable
o Sales bonus: based on performance

Job Location: Male’, Maldives. Require frequent traveling to other island in Maldives and overseas when required.
Remuneration: USD600-1000 per month (return air ticket, accommodation and living allowance will be provided)
