I’m looking for a passionate and efficient VA with at least 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing and Graphic Design to support my growing online business.
The position involves creating a lot of graphics so you must be very skilled and comfortable with using graphics tools (e.g. Photoshop or Canva) and know how to work with feedback to consistently produce high-quality assets.
You will also have an eye for design and be meticulous about producing imagery that is always a high standard (i.e. No clipart, ever!!)
You must also be experienced using Wordpress and comfortable learning to use new online tools and technology as needed.

I am a Work-Life Balance specialist and have been creating personal development programs for corporate clients for 12+ years. I am about to launch my business online to offer global training programs around work-life balance.

JOB DETAILS:
~ Social Media Marketing ~
Content Marketing and Social Media Strategy
- Help plan the business Social Media schedule and strategy to achieve goals
- Increase followers and engagement on platforms
- Monitor and present data, trends, successes and ideas across social media platforms
Manage Social Media Accounts
- Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, (Youtube and Pinterest in future)
- Create and manage groups or fan pages on Facebook as required
- Manage content promotion on Social Media platforms to increase engagement and blog readership
- Schedule and share social media posts and articles using online tools
- Schedule and post tweets, track hashtags and mentions
Content Marketing
- Set up keyword alerts and input relevant articles into spreadsheet for review
- Maintain a spreadsheet of key influencers, their articles and publications
- Schedule and post approved content across multiple Social Media accounts
- Assess content for performance and engagement
Social Media Advertising
- Assist with paid advertising on Facebook (other platforms may follow)
- Facebook and/or LinkedIn ads experience will be highly regarded

Design Brand Templates
- Create a brand look and feel that will be carried across all channels
- Manage design consistency in all brand materials and platforms
- Create and curate beautiful images that are on brand for use in social media, the website and other business use cases
Design images for social media
- Facebook banners and covers
- Facebook posts
- Facebook ads
Design images for website
- Images for blog posts that can be shared across all social media platforms
- Landing pages (using online landing page software)
- Wordpress theme tweaks
- Infographics (using online software)
Design workbooks, presentations and proposals:
- PDF worksheets that will be downloaded from the website
- Workbooks and Ebooks
- Presentation slide decks
- Proposals (using online software)
~ Website and Tech Support ~
Manage updates to Wordpress website that support overall strategy to:
- Increase traffic
- Capture targeted leads from paid advertising
- Create relevant, engaging content
Website
- Format blog posts
- Create and add images, tags, and metatags to blog posts
- Add appropriate links from posts to website
- Optimise all posts and pages of the website for SEO (using a process and an online SEO tool)
Google Apps
- Set up Gmail account
- Add email signatures
- Monitor and reply to support and admin emails
- Use Google apps and calendars
- Set up Google alerts for keywords and add relevant articles to spreadsheet for review
Other
- Assist with webinar setup and testing
- Assist with email marketing and automation
~ Research and Admin Assistance ~
Customer Relationship Management
- Keep contact database updated
- Find email addresses of influencers
- Send outreach emails to invite speakers to participate in events and follow-up with written proposals
Processes
- Document processes of how to complete recurring tasks using screen capture software and written documentation
- Assist with training new staff members
REQUIREMENTS

- Highly motivated, responsible and dependable
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
- Experienced in managing Social Media and Digital Marketing Projects
- Detail-oriented and hands-on with data

- 5 MBPS or higher Internet speed (Hardwired NOT Wifi)
- Reliable computer (Specs: at least Core i3 Processor with 4GB RAM/higher)
- Good headset with noise cancellation feature
- Reliable Webcam
- Backups or secondary equipment in case of power or Telco interruptions
