We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. I am a well established company looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. You must have extensive knowledge of building a following on Social Media for a new line of products I am about to launch.

You must have experience on the following Social Media platforms:

• Facebook Fan Page Post
• Twitter
• YouTube
• Instagram
• Pinterest
• Tumblr
• SnapChat
• Google+

Your daily task will include generating and sharing content to our social media platforms EVERY day. I will be relying on you to build a following for specific niches and products. You must have the ability and knowledge to optimizing company pages within each social media platform to generate and build meaningful following audience. You also must have experience building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research.

What does a Social Media Specialist do?

Our goal is to quickly achieve customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing platforms.

Social media specialists should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of our brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of computers
• Good internet service,
• 2-3 years technical skills,
• high school diploma and/or some college,
• Knowledge of Amazon and Shopify
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Adequate knowledge of SEO
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Your Responsibilities:

1. Post daily on ALL of our companies social media platforms
Post 4 types of content and rotated the types every day
? Image
? Meme
? Gif
? Video

2. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking and messaging and audience identification.

3. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.


4. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

5. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.


6. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

7. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.


8. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
