JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We have an existing role to help our team provide timely sales support to our team.
The 2 primary functions will be help us reply and follow up on clients as part of the sales process - and researching markets / organising sales trip for our company directors.

We are in a physical company, supplying interior and furniture products. You will need to be able to work between 10am-2pm, Monday to Fridays. For this role, you will need to able to make and take internal phone calls from our offices to discuss solutions and any urgent work.

For this role, you will need:

Good access to a computer and internet
Good email etiquette and able to write convincing and friendly emails.
Strong written English skills.
Use Viber, for company chats and call
Have a mobile number we can call you on for very urgent cases
Proficient in Excel, Words
Proficient in Ms ONENOTE, (we will coordinate our work and standard operating procedure here)
Proficient in GMail and Google Drive.

This job is for a part time role, Monday to Friday 10am-2pm (GMT+8). Starting with part-time 4 hours a day with the potential to extend to full time.
