• Posting ads up on various job board via our CRM system
• Monitoring the positioning of those ads and recycling them to other categories and editing them to improve their performance
• Scouring job boards and individual websites and recording job ads advertised directly by the company into an excel spreadsheet
• Formatting CV’s
• Updating the candidate database with notes, documents etc...and making sure all the details are up to date in the database.
• Researching new clients we can approach and recording all the information onto the database.
• Preparing blurbs and notes on a candidate ready to be sent to a client
• Researching potential candidates via linkedin and other databases and connecting with them and sending them emails
• Researching what’s happening in the industry and writing a summary for the team
• Researching interesting topics for accountants and writing some blog posts
• Managing and improving the website and social media profile of the company
• Filtering, monitoring and responding to email
• Potentially doing preliminary interviews or email correspondence with candidates and clients
• Do follow ups with candidates and clients.
• Personal tasks like making purchases and making bookings online
• Various ad hoc requests – potentially some bookkeeping and preparing invoices
