The Transaction Coordinator will work closely with all members of The Woodbeck Team to assist with all aspects of transaction coordination for both listings/sellers and buyers.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an individual who is extremely process oriented, organized, well-spoken and confident communicating with clients and vendors via phone and email.
Must be available to work Eastern Standard Time business hours (approximately 9am-5pm)
Primary Objectives
-Using Brivity to input and manage all transactions from the point of listing agreement signature on the list-side, or offer writing on the buy-side, to contract-to-close, and post-closing disbursements and other tasks.
-Communicating with clients and lenders and title during contract-close (placing title orders, sending purchase documents to title/lender, communicating with co-op agent and client throughout)
-Using DotLoop to manage/share documents and create/submit greensheets (commission requests)
-Ordering signs and home warranties as needed.
