Customer Service and Store Manager - Must Have Bigcommerce Experience

We are looking to staff our bigCommerce based e-commerce store and we need help with many things. Most importantly we would like for you to handle customer service support, order fulfillment(all the way to delivery), and many other day to tasks.

Must be familiar with Gmail, Trello, Google Drive, Microsoft Word, and BigCommerce.
